Heard about All-Pro and Keith from a neighbor and then checked Yelp reviews. There were many positive reviews so we decided to give him a call regarding an AC problem that apparently had been evident since our house was built in 1999. This was at a time just after our heatwave when AC’s were maxed and seemingly everyone had a problem. Keith made space for us by coming out at the end of his day at 8:00 p.m. after a full day of dealing with other problems. He couldn’t have been friendlier and more professional. And within 45 minutes he corrected our problem. Price was reasonable and he saved us at least $500 to $1000. The builder of our house will be hearing from us. Would highly recommend All-Pro and Keith.

I thought I was in for a nightmare weekend when I got home from work at 5 pm on a Friday and realized my AC was dead. After doing a quick search for local AC places, I left a message with All Pro and within 5 minutes got a call back from Keith. He happily told me he was on his way home, but would swing by for a service call to check it out. 15 minutes later Keith was at my house, and another 15 minutes later my AC was fixed. Keith was friendly, professional, and had some great tips on how to better maintain my unit. I could not believe that during rush hour on a Friday night, my AC was fixed so quickly. Thank you so much All Pro. You have just won my business for life!

All Pro heating and Air saved us when our heater quit on us one winter night. Our baby was still a new born so we were really stressed about the fact that the temp in the house kept dropping. All Pro was extremely prompt in responding to our problem, quickly fixed it and charged us a very reasonable price. Our HVAC system (20 years old) finally died on us back in May and I got a referral from a friend to contact Keith. After getting 3 or 4 different quotes (including one from Keith) to replace our 20-year-old system, we went with All Pro. Keith had a great quote and we felt comfortable with his approach and customer service. Keith knocked out the job in no time flat and we now have an AC/Heating system that is incredible. Saw the reviews on Yelp, and decided to give Keith a call due to the problems I was having with my gas furnace. Made arrangements with him to arrive in the late afternoon, which suited both of our schedules. Our furnace is located under our house in an area that you can actually stand up in. Keith got right to work, making a few adjustments to the flue and the tubing that needed to be replaced. He made a few suggestions which I can easily do. I got the impression that Keith was about ‘doing the right thing’ instead of trying to sell new units as a catch-all for any problems you might have. I will use Keith again if needed and recommend him whenever a friend or neighbor needs HVAC maintenance or repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about Keith and his crew at All Pro… only wish I could give them 6 stars 🙂 Just purchased a house that needed all new ducting run and a new unit. Keith came out on his day off without me having to be there and emailed me a VERY fair quote. I had received a verbal quote from the company that had serviced the unit prior the house being put on the market and they wanted about 15% more to replace everything with equal (a 2-ton unit) equipment. Keith’s quote included a 3-ton unit, which was what was recommended for 1530 of the house. The day after I got the keys Keith and his crew were there at 8 AM and finished the whole job in 2 days. Before they started the job Keith went around with me to verify what they would be doing and if I had any concerns. We decided to cut in a few more registers but not before he was able to check with his guys under the house that it could be done; they had actually found one that had been covered over with new subfloor so cut that back out. They took out the plywood under the kitchen sink and put in a register at the toe-kick under the sink cabinet (LOVE THAT) and then cleaned (old sheetrock, dirt, and mouse droppings) and sealed that compartment before putting the plywood back on. They cleaned and sealed all the register’s tubes right to the subfloor and floor cover, completely sealed the unit where it enters the crawlspace. They were able to modify the new unit to fit onto an existing concrete berm so that it sits above the wet ground instead of in the mud and surrounded by the berm like the old unit. They worked until after dark the 2nd day to get everything done and tested. I am VERY impressed with their professionalism, service, and friendly faces. AND Keith has a 10 warranty on his work! I picked them because of the 5-star reviews on YELP and I’m so glad I did. All Pro is who I will recommend! Thank you guys!

This review is long overdue! We had family arriving from out of town, it was one of the hottest weekends of the year, when our 14 year old Air Conditioning Unit started to make funny noises, and then started to blow warm air. I happened to be outside, saw a neighbor and asked if he had any recommendations for a good Heating & Air Company as we’ve used a few in the past that weren’t all that good. He highly recommended Keith from All Pro Heating & Air. We called and spoke with Keith, who was extremely busy, but said he’d stop by on his way back from another job. He arrived in no time, gave the unit a quick inspection, repaired a part and advised us to schedule a maintenance call in the future. He left without giving us an invoice, so we thought he’d send us a bill, but never did. We called more than several times with our information and still did not hear back from him. Months passed, the Air Conditioning Unit finally died on us, and we called on All Pro again. Keith gave us several options with repairing for replacing the Unit. With the deal he was recommending to replace the entire HVAC System, we decided to go for it. It’s been almost a year since the new HVAC was installed, and we have been extremely happy. He’s honest, reasonable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. And, he never did charge us for that first service call even though we mentioned it to him before he finalized our last payment. Hands down, he’s the best in town, and deserves a FIVE STAR Rating! We highly recommend All Pro Heating & Air.

All Pro is the only Heating and AC I use! I have used them several times. They have arrived ON TIME (which let’s face it, rarely happens these days), they are thorough, HONEST, professional and very reasonably priced! I had one place tell me I needed a specific part replaced and when All Pro came out, they said my unit was in perfect condition and just need routine maintenance. We have a rental property that they service for us as well. When we went to sell the home, the seller’s “home inspector” did not check the AC unit for them. We called All Pro and they sent someone out right away to handle for the seller. Their realtor was so pleased, she will be using All Pro for her needs as well as recommending them to other agents. I can’t recommend this company enough.

My wife and I recently purchased a foreclosed home and it needed everything fixed. We did extensive research before doing any work in our home. Keith was very competitive in his price and once we met him we knew he was the man for the job. He fixed our heating and air unit and even zoned our home when several other companies said it couldn’t be done. Out of all the contractors we have used (4 others) he did much better work than any of them. He was also the friendliest and easiest to talk to. I really can’t say enough good things about Keith, unfortunately I’m not the best writer. Hopefully this helps someone else out in the future. We had a horrible experience with one contractor so we always use yelp now. Trust me go with Keith you will not be disappointed!

So our 20-year-old HVAC furnace failed this Christmas holiday. After getting quotes for replacement from a big and then a small vendor, we requested a quote from Keith. His price for a top-rated unit was thousands less than the other quotes we had for lower-rated systems. He said he and two techs would do the entire job the Friday before the New Year’s holiday weekend. He arrived Friday morning with only one tech, the other having a family commitment. I said we would be pleased if he just got the furnace part done today, and the A/C part of the system could wait till another day, but he said he thought he would do the entire installation. The two of them worked 12 hours that day to get the job done. This is a guy who does what he says he would do, and we can’t praise him highly enough.

For several years I have had an annual maintenance contract with a major AC/heating company, but had not been at all happy with their deteriorating service. I had not noticed any problems with the operation of my system, and was not planing to renew my contract after a final routine service in January. At that appointment, however, the technicians told me that my 15 year old AC/heating system had so many issues that it would not be cost effective to repair it. I called in another major company in the area for a second opinion, but got the same treatment. Both companies used aggressive sales tactics to try to convince me to spend around $12,000 for an entirely new system, pressuring me with deadlines for special deals. They provided no alternative solutions for a more affordable repair, were not interested in discussing the options. They both also repeatedly referred to the danger of carbon monoxide leakage into the house because there was a hole in my heat exchange, causing me to feel urgency to resolve the issue. Because I have some other, unrelated but very expensive home repair issues to deal with right now, I was especially concerned to find a more cost-effective solution. A friend and coworker recommended All Pro. Keith came and inspected the unit, determined that the heat exchange was still under warranty, and so was able to get the part replaced for free from the manufacturer (whereas the other companies were quoting me several thousand dollars for the part). Keith did not feel there were any other issues that required immediate attention, and thought I should be able to get another five years out of my system with proper maintenance. He did the repair efficiently and for a reasonable price, was professional and friendly to deal with. I was especially pleased that Keith’s company is local to Folsom and I could support a Folsom business owner. I got the problem resolved for $350 instead of $12,000, and intend to hire All Pro for my annual servicing and maintenance needs. Thank you Keith, I feel confident in recommending you highly!

All Pro replaced two HVAC systems at my home earlier this year prior to the summer heat kicking in. I obtained quotes from multiple contractors but chose All Pro because Keith (the owner) struck me as knowledgeable, honest, and diligent (all things that proved to be true), and he did not try to upsell me on things that did not make sense for my situation. Keith also gave me a very competitive price quote. And unlike most other contractors, Keith not only comes out to make recommendations and provide a quote, he does the installation, which is something that was very important to me. My systems have been running great all summer. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend All Pro.

Keith is the best. I’m an electrical contractor that has worked on a dozen or so high end projects with Keith over the past few years and can easily say he is better than all the other HVAC guys I’ve worked with in the past 14 years. Keith is an easy going no BS type of guy, he isn’t going to try to sell you something you don’t need, nor does he bring the attitude or drama a lot of other tradesmen bring to the job. Just a normal hard working guy trying to make a living. Look forward to working with Keith on future projects.

The owner, Keith, is super knowledgeable and friendly. I had been dealing with some serious health issues caused by mold and most of my family suffers from seasonal allergies. He installed the Clean Effects air filter and a U.V. Filter in addition to our standard air filter. The three levels of filtration have made such a huge difference in my health issues and dramatically reduced my family’s allergy symptoms. My son was on multiple allergy medications and now he’s down to just one! We are truly breathing cleaner air, all at Keith’s suggestion. Keith also set up the Nest system for us, replaced our furnace and relocated and replaced our condenser. My husband is a home builder and Keith has been his go-to guy for heating and air for the past 10 years. We can’t recommend him enough!

Bottom line I trusted Keith to do the work while we were gone over a week, he even dealt with our two 5 month old kittens. His pricing was so great we decided to put in a whole has fan at the same time. I appreciated his opinion on the other products and allowed me to make an informed decision. I really like how Keith talked with me and address all my concerns. Not to mention he was the one who did the install, not another crew.

I came home on a hot afternoon and my air conditioner was totally off. I didn’t know what to do. A friend referred me to Keith at All Pro HVAC and I called him right away. He asked me a few questions on the phone and was at my house within the hour. He troubleshot and fixed the issue of within 30 minutes of being at my home. He was fair with his final bill and very professional from the moment I called him to the moment he left my house. I would highly recommend this service to anyone having HVAC issues.

A year ago All Pro installed my new HVAC unit. I was impressed with the suggestions they made, the strong work ethic and the finished product. So now a year later when its 100+ outside I was having a problem with the unit shutting off before the house was cooled down. I called for service and even though they were working on another job, they came to my house at 8:30 pm and fixed the problem. They also explained what was causing the problem (the outside compressor grill was clogged and needed cleaning) and advised me as to how often I should be cleaning it in the future. Oh, and…. no charge! Thanks.
